After the war, when the focus once again is on the mess that the economy is, the administration and the RW spokesman will say a major causal factor was the cost of removing saddam. This administration is nothing if not adept at making excuses. But everyone should know that before the distraction of Iraq, the economy was going under.

According to Bob Brinker of Moneytalk, Bush has increased the national debt by an additional 445 Billion dollars. We are now over the national debt ceiling as allowed by Congress.
