So if I go I'll be able to pick up a proU.S. magazine at your average bookstorew in, let's say, Syria or Egypt? What is so special, do you think, about the US that there has to be a "pro-US magazine" in another country??? For your info, there is no such magazine in France. None in Italy. I have not seen one in Switzerland, Spain, or Holland either. There are articles that support different points of view, sometimes that of the US administration, but not a whole magazine dedicated to the US position. Face it. US is not that important for other countries to have a magazine dedicated to it. Are you suggesting there is an open and free media expression in Arab countries? Depends which Arab country you go to. And which media you follow. lol, I have to go there to know, eh. Nah, just stay in front of your tv and gulp down whatever Murdoch tells you. And don't forget to sneer to those of us who have been there in the meanwhile. So now, what was lacking in the negotiations in 2000 that justifies terror tactics? Run that by me again, please. I remember reading how and why the 2000 plan was not acceptable to Palestinians. You can find the arguments on the net. . So your saying Israel must act unilaterally because the PA promise is always a hollow one? I have not said anything of the sort, and you know it. What I am saying is that Israel is a hostile occupying force, and as such, should not be surprised when the occupied population try to fight back with whatever means they have at their disposal. As I have said, their solution is not in more tanks, more bombs on suspected houses from the sky, and more deaths, but in getting the hell out of occupied territories, and closing their borders to Palestinians. No Palestinians in Israel. No terror. Let them cook in their own misery, find solutions to their problems, etc. There is only one single occupying army on earth right now. Guess which one it is. And you are supporting it, along with the human tragedy it causes. Don't ask me to approve.
