As jla said you should read the papers. Just off the top of my head, I recall we're assisting the Filipinos in dealing with Islamist terrorists in their country. We just arrested several academics who had secretly been involved in a terror group. We took out an Al Qaida leader and several of his group in Yemen not long ago. Germany just finished trying and sentencing someone who aided the 9/11 hijackers. There's a lot going on in the war against terrorism around the world and we have a lot of internation support there - still.
