Are you suggesting that the UN develop a special tribunal for the war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied territories? You do realize that that is what was done in this case, especially for Yugoslavia?

The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia was established by Resolution 827 of the United Nations Security Council in May 1993.

I am not sure if the criminal incidents in Palestinian territories is sufficient to justify the establishment of a criminal court for Isr/Pal within the UN.

In any case, Hawk would complain there is no such court for Palestinian criminals, and so the UN jurists must be all anti-semite :-)

On the other hand, I thought the International Criminal Court was a good idea and had a good start. Not so nice that the US undermined it by first asking its own citizens be exempt from any blame and then pulling out altogether.
