Who is this "world" and how far is it from planet Earth?

Because from where I sit, it looks like the world we live in is more concerned about Bush and his bullying and warmongering than about Saddam who has done pretty much NOTHING in the past ten years to justify an invasion.

Times magazine had a poll on "Which country is the biggest threat to world peace in 2003?", and the last I looked, the US was leading with 87% of total votes. (Iraq had 7%)
