Bush said we will bring liberty -- "God's gift to humanity" -- to Iraq. Are you really so ignorant of the history of the middle east? Are you really so ignorant of the history of the US? Bush was talking about liberty, not religion. That's obvious even from YOUR presentation of the quote. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
