LB, China should verify! I believe that they would do a good job and the North would feel secure with a US guarantee of non agression in such a scenario. Before you reply, i know this proposal is risky but it brings china in as a great power and one with influence over a minor state in their region. Build cars, not weapons. No messianic thing going on in NK like in mideast and they certainly value the china friendship. Cars may be a good thing to get started with--as long as they are not nuclear powered. mike
