Me thinks you do not know that much on this issue. One dispute of the future of europe is specifically if the UK-reforms reforming their the 2-party system will make the english parliement less skilled at making fools of themselves. One solution might be some kind of EU-subsidized museum. However, as long as USA keeps its 2-party system, maybe it is enough with C-SPAN simulcasting the US congress on internet, daily. Funny stuff, most of european nations remember those few decades in the 1800s when 2-party systems were popular, luckily all but some few nations are now relieved from the funny pain.
