Well, if that's the explanation they did not make clear why there was such a huge "profit" the end of 2001 and almost nothing the end of 2002. And I do not understand why it cost $16 million to internalize management.

But I am out. I just thought that if anyone else was uneasy, this was sure a lucky day to bail, with everyone excited about the NG spike and not checking the PWI figures too closely.
