I suppose I feel about that the way I feel about a lot of issues in this country. I can't go back and change what happened in Vietnam, or World War 2 or any other historical event. What I can do is hold my politicians accountable for their current decisions - which I do by voting. I think Americans are hated in a lot of countries in the world and rather than having rose colored glasses on, some of us are just raising a finger and saying enough! And I did say it felt like, sounded like and seemed like America bashing to me ;o).. Probably doesn't to a lot of others. And I suppose I'm just tired of hearing how rotten we are in all things whether it's trade, politics or education. There are a lot of others in the world who don't miss an opportunity to slam America and I just get tired of hearing it. I think Americans are some of the most compassionate people in the entire world - NOT necessarily the politicians. I think politicians are the same animal wherever they are.
