Yes each individual's right are from the Creator and to an American that mean's life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And the Constitution formalizes those rights as was already explained to you in simple terms you don't seem ever to comprehend. The Constitution formalizes those God given rights in the secular relationships between Men. The Koran defines all kinds of the right of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness and dictates secular consequences of death, restraint of liberty and secular punishment.
