Jeez!! 20 years! You are right! I am not buying nearly enough..lol.. I haven't put that much money into my collection yet. There's a recession going on dontcha know ..<G>. I think the most I've spent is around $15.

I find it hard to buy without a taste reference. I don't like extremely dry wines or extremely sweet.. I like a nice balance between those two. Do you have any suggestions as to where one could get educated on the subject?

Forget the fermented grapes and move on to the distilled grapes. I find the J Bavet very appealing and at $14 for the half gallon jug very economical:)
