Yep, one more big Bush lie. He has to keep lying now.
If he were to admit the truth he'd have to roll back most of his policies and change them back to the way they were. And he'd be like his father "read my lips I wont raise taxes", then he had to, just like Bush will need to, or else. But then he's in a corner because he might lose in 2004, though he might lose no matter what the way he's going. I always said when Bush took office, "if it ain't broke dont fix it". But Bushies had a radical agenda and hated everything Clinton. So they dumped fiscal responsibility, environmental regulation and any other progressive ideas off the cliff, including some counter-terrorism programs, by the way.
