KATHY KNIGHT-MCCONNELL HAS BEEN DISMISSED AS A DEFENDANT IN THE HARVEST COURT VS. NANOPIERCE LITIGATION

New York City - March 22, 2003 - Kathy Knight-McConnell, owner of Knight-McConnell Information Retrieval Service and publisher of Investor to Investor newsletter, is pleased to announce that Harvest Court has dropped all allegations and filed a stipulation to the court dismissing her as a defendant in the Harvest Court LLC vs. NanoPierce Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:NPCT) litigation filed on September 19, 2002 in the United States Court in the Southern District of New York. In return, Kathy Knight-McConnell has agreed not to file charges of malicious prosecution, abuse of process, or any other action, against Harvest Court in relation to the filing of this lawsuit.

Ms. Knight-McConnell said, “This is an extremely welcome turn of events and I am pleased at this positive outcome in response to the filing of a Motion to Dismiss the action against me. I consider this to be a tremendous victory!”
