Junior never says what he means by "disarm". It appears that the only thing that will satisfy him is to have the arms and other appendages of Iraqis blown off. Perhaps burned off would be okay with him, but I think he want's the pieces and not just ash. I think he want's a new set of baseball cards with various shredded body parts.
