In Northern Iraq which is NOT controlled by Saddam but instead by the Kurds under US and UK supervision :-) Saddam also sent an envoy to Taliban Afghanistan several years ago to investigate coordinating with Bin Laden... Oh really? What happened then after this "investigation"? So please don't try to tell us that there is no evidence that Saddam hasn't supported terrorism. All one has to do is perform a basic websearch to find such information. So that's why Powell could not show any real proof. Because he had not done a basic websearch :-) I can only guess how militant you become when the topic switches to heart disease and drunk drivers There is a difference between people who die of natural or accidental causes and those who get killed while huddling in a bunker with their children. Is there ANYTHING worth taking human life over?? National defense?? Capital punishment?? Defending your family?? Defense of self and loved ones from immediate attack by someone who wants to do the same to you. That's about it. You might have noticed that this excludes capital punishment, revenge killings, and blind hatred towards Muslims after a terrorist attack on your soil, among others.
