Right -- Bush was not original in his use of the word "evil". It does not change the orientation, except to say that when the Soviet Union had 20,000 nuclear devices aimed at us there was no need to invent a phony threat. BTW, we never did invade the Soviet Union and they are no longer listed as evil or a threat.
