"Anyone know if ALU has filed a law suit yet and if not, why?"

From what I could gleen from the CC is that the company plans on filing for the business interruption insurance soon. I got the sense that they did not have plans to file a lawsuit on the fire policy due to the statement that they are borrowing against the policy at 60% of face value, just as if they were borrowing agianst inventory. I did not like that too much, but will hold my core position until something changes.

OT,,worked at a house today which had an indoor pool with all the major fixing(including a water fall),,absolutely unbelieveable,,hot tub, steam room, sauna, bar, slide etc. Interior is all hand laid stone with mahogany trim,8 ft mahogany sliders supply the view, house overlooks a 20 mile long lake....sweet...A little research and here is the young fella who owns it,,ceo of Curagen CRGN--I guess he can afford it ($1.5 million for the pool and inclosure), I see he sold 24 million worth of stock in 2001
