Embassy Suite is da bomb when you are going to have time to lounge around. Looks like your wife picked a good time to be in one when she got stranded.

I never did a two bedroom suite there, but from the one bedroom suites I've been in, I don't doubt that everyone has plenty of space to stretch out.

Hope she gets home safely Murrey. My friends in Austin said they got an inch of sleet & ice that nearly closed the whole city down. Considering what RR said he got & what Austin got, she may be stuck for a spell in Dallas.

FWIW Residence Inn's two bedroom suites are pretty good too. And they will go grocery shopping for you too. All you have to do is make them a grocery list. They have fully equipped kitchens which I found to be perfect for times when I had to work in my room into the wee hours. That way I could put on comfy clothes, get to work & eat exactly what I wanted at my leisure. No overpriced room service, no taking a chance on cold or overcooked food, limited menues, limited hours, etc. An added plus is the fact that I like to drink several glasses of milk a day & some OJ in the AM. I have yet to find a restaurant or room service that doesn't gouge you for a tiny cup of milk or juice.

And it saved a considerable amount of time over dressing up, going out & finding a restaurant. When you have traveled as much as I have over the years, going out to eat two or three times a day for weeks on end actually gets old.

Howdy Murrey! Fine on all. We've got ice down here now. Guess your wife is still stranded in "Big D." Hope she makes it back home OK. Hopefully, the ice missed ya'll.
