(If that Moran-style stuff continues, I am willing to personally proclaim a US victory over UK and Canada in sarcasm, irony, etc, although it is proven very damaging to kids, not much of a blessing, although Moran skillfully avoided those possibilties for kids, concentrated on adults with one whole hour of time as well as concentration span) Ilmarinen Ouch, I still remember the times when I left USA and C-SPAN was not available over internet, not even just audio at a slow flow of 8kbps. Not even global satellites like CNN after they found the way to jump around and above the terrestrial four and weekly budget-begging-PBS. The best thing, with only that one-cent-per-cable-box-budget, C-SPAN seem to now (recently) have enough of a budget to increase the size of their archiving hard disks. (even a broadband server for the lucky ones) Me thinks it has to do with the efficiency of cut-any-advertisement as well as some careful play with the cameras and crews in the US congress as well as the staff. Bottom line, it is expensive to produce good commercial, privatized propaganda and news, only some few are prepared to pay big bucks for it. (skipping the old business-case of producing old mis-dis-etc-information and regular poetry) Earlier it was easier ---- Tupi or not tupi that is the question. ... I asked a man what was Right. He answered me that it was the assurance of the full exercise of possibilities. That man was called Galli Mathias. I ate him. -- he/she obviously became a Tupi after that, even minor googling might give this onecorpse.org
