Rolling war concept is a straw man, it is not what he said. Read what he said and read the National Security Strategy. War is only one tactic.

Seeking regime change doesnt mean rolling war. Different strokes for different evil folks.
Folks getting edgy on all sides of the issue. I was going to say both--hell i would have said both a few weeks ago. But this whole thing has become multi dimensional. I do not know if this a good thing or not. My gut says we should have gone in two weeks or so ago. My head says be patient. Mike

Kumar, re: Perle ~ what he was really saying has to do with getting these states to stop sponsoring terrorist groups. That has to change. Any regime that gives support to terrorists will be stopped, one way or another.

Iran and Syria actively support terrorist organizations.

Libya has in the past, but may be cleaning up its act.

Yes, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have bad track records but they appear to be dealing with it.
