Gabe...Gold will swell in price simply from people looking for a place to preserve value. Then there is that little problem with production being TEN YEARS BEHIND DEMAND. This is what happened when housing construction almost stopped from 1988 through 1998.
---Just like in 1997 when everyone took money out of the banks and were pouring it into the stock market.

A point I made when folks were wishing for the US stock market to crash.
A little fear helps gold and gold stocks, but a lot of fear takes gold
stocks to get shot just like all other stocks (aka 1987)
