I will share this story happened today with you...Dow was about -70 and I had to lighten up my shorts and I did although I still not believing it...I believe I posted that message. Then Dow -30 I knew these crooks are up to something. I scanned the indexes and saw Dow Transport Index was having a real long tail and possibly making a run. I looked at airlines since they've got beaten up real good lately. I quickly bought 5K of CAL at $5.05 at ask price. Bought 5K of NWAC at $5.50 at ask. About 15 mins these two jumped good. I bought 10K of MXT at $1.47 (ACF crapped out and pulled the rest of credit cards with it). MXT is good company although they're in risky consumer credit cards. I thought if Dow want to run, the transport will have to pop. I have other hedges like QQQ for my tech shorts and USPIX.

It's how to manage to lose less and keep the most of your profits my friend...

Plan for tomorrow: Everyone have their eyes on the charts for COMPQ, NDX, SPX, SOX. They know the resistance lines since these indexes are banging on them now.

For most cautious traders they will wait to get a confirmation on the trend.

For active traders they will sell aggressive at resistance lines and cover at support lines.

For Da Masses, they won't sell since Da Crooks have yelled loud enough that once war starts there will be a huge rally and new bull market. Why sell now when you know war will start very soon. Da Crooks have taught them well.

Media won't talk about valuation because they know market is still way too expensive so they all blame on Iraq and N.Korea. That's the American way. It's someone else problems.

So what to do?
I plan short aggressive at resistance lines and hedge my bets...sit back and have a cold beer...
