Russett, there are requests for clarification and substantiation that have gone unanswered. Nobody is denying your right to make unverifiable statements, but investors are justified in dismissing claims that can't be supported.

Similarly the repetition of a statement that has already been disproved cannot make it true, no matter how many times it is repeated: it becomes a mantra - but one without truth.

"In my opinion, there is no patent on DMSO based delivery systems possible,...it is in the public domain."

You've said that before. The facts say otherwise...

"...no drug company owns the patent for DMSO based drugs..."?

patft.uspto.gov

...enter the words "dimethyl sulphoxide" in term 1, and "transdermal" in term 2

- 7 patents from 1981 to 1985
- 96 patents from 1986 to 1990
- 274 patents from 1991 to 1995
- 1290 patents from 1996 to 2002
