just tried to get into my datek level 2 but the web page told me i had to sign up again. I had asked a representative there what would happen if i signed up for level 2 during the last few days of the calendar month and the representative said that i would not be charged 10 dollars for the whole month. this morning when i called up asking the same question i was told that unfortunatly i would be charged 10 dollars for just a few days of level 2 quotes but that the lady would see if she could get them to at least rebate a portion of it. Are they hiring rookies there or maybe they dont all know their own rules. Lets see if ameritrade is better than datek. Lord knows ive had enough datek. wall
