Some of us are not American citizens (duh!). And don't care to be "dominated" by you and your state.

what is the problem here anyway....?

I am so astonished that you could write all that and then ask what the problem is, that I cannot bring myself to explain to you just why the rest of the world might have A LITTLE PROBLEM with your "World Domination".

The sooner we get on with it the better for all concerned.

Define "better", please?

We will be a benevolent force, dealing out justice on a fair and equal platform

Oh there are tears in my eyes... I cannot wait to be a slave to the American dream. Will you be my ruler? Please?

Jeez...

After all.... the bottom line here is the preservation of "our way of life", "our standard of living" and of course "our national security"

Can't you preserve all that without ruining other people's lives?

we will be able to pass these values along to our grandchildren as long as we prevail.....right....?

Wanna bet your grandchildren will hate you and your warmongering administration and peers for having created a world where Americans are hated by the world over and hunted for sport?

any American citizens have a problem with that.....?

Quite a few do, actually. Believe it or not, there are Americans who think a bit deeper than "Let's dominate the world so we preserve our way of life and teach the world about the hamburger and the apple pie" and try to construct a future where America will continue to be the republic that leads by example rather than the bullying empire that leads by force.

After all, such empires do not last forever. Just ask the Romans and the Ottomans...

We can't even do that for our own citizens.

;-)

CHUCK:

First of all, a question about your name. If you are actually a PERSON (to some degree or other) please read on. If, however you a computer-literature cut of beef (enroute to today's stew), let me compliment you on the skills that you have acquired that enable you to post on SI.

But Chuck the person (if you exist): What if World Domination was the game played by the Bulgarians, shall we say? Would you be up for it? No? Why not? Oh, you don't like to be dominated by another? Could it be that the other inhabitants of the planet have no desire to be dominated by the Americans? Have you noticed that there ARE other such persons? Moro of them than Americans, actually. MANY more.

Have you noticed that school lunches are being cut for poor kids when the school lunch is probably their best meal of the day? In America. When $95 to $200 billion more for this war is going to be spent. Fair and equal? ^ This is the American Dream we are seeking to export?

Your standard of living, whatever it is, is your standard of living. Don't talk as if is enjoyed by everybody in America!
It isn't. Look beyond your nose and investigate.

The depth of your comprehension of the world around you is so staggerily shallow that I can only conclude that your main sources of "enlightenment" are Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. They, or others of their kind have trained you well.

What is life anyway?

-- eat
-- drink
-- kill
-- dominate
-- f***k

Right?

WRONG!

Namaste!

Jim
