HDL Is up 17% on volume of 249K after it said that it will buy up to 20% of its common. (It had announced previously a plan to buy back 10%.<g>) The stock has been selling close to book with a PE around 8 and PS of 0.23 The institutions that hold some 80% of the float have been doing some buying lately.
