I'm not sure when you take over the entire country you can classify it as a border dispute (a la WWII). Iran/Iraq war was over a waterway. Look it up. WWII was quite different. Several countries gobbled up. Iraq was not even capable of gobbling up Iran (or getting any gains out of the war). That ought to cheer you, but somehow you fail to realize what an inept army the man has. He has no ability to do much of anything. He is not in charge of a war machine anything like WWII Germany. It's a good thing he isn't, of course. But imagining that he is, does not make the world a safer place either.
