It's all a matter of how far Junior and his crew are willing to go to maintain a crisis atmosphere. So far they it appears that they will stop at nothing. I expect that they will wait for some attack, or manufacture an attack and then introduce the Patriot2 bill and insist that it (and various confirmations and tax cuts) need to be done right away and that anyone who disagrees is a traitor subject to disappearing without a trace.

Er... except for nuclear proliferation and missile tests in North Korea. There, it's 'no problem, be happy'.

Also, same same with Pakistan's ISI running Taliban support operations in the 'tribal regions'... 'see no evil, hear no evil'.
