OT SOX: Yes, I see what you mean. In the last two weeks, we have a rounding top in the SOX, peaking just below the 50DMA. On the other hand, it could just be a plateau, on the way up to retest the December or January highs. I think, at some point in 2003, we are going to get another big rally (similar to the end-of-2002 rally in the SOX), and I am positioning myself for that. The buys I'm making are small increments; sitting on 45% cash at the moment.
