Only chirac and schroeder can have an opinion about terror/wmd states? Any other leader who agrees with American policy is therefore making that policy?

Oh dear. What an odd coincidence that that particular pronouncement would come down nearly concurrently with yesterday's worldtribune.com . It is obviously anti-semitic of me to point that out.
