That't the first time you have made that distinction, John. I expected you to come up with it a long time ago. Sorry, it's too late. As I posted to Yiwu, after 911, All Muslim "Freedom Fighters" are now classified as "Terrorists." Holler all you want, ain't gonna change.

The short one is that the world needs, perhaps as never before, institutions larger than national ones.

Yes, that would fall under the anti am... err anti unipolarity argument.

to engage more seriously than yet done in the issues of the proliferation of nuclear weapons, and to work toward mutually reinforcing cooperative arrangements for addressing global terrorists (note the emphasis on global) such as Al Q.

Has the UNSC engaged the disarmament issue in Iraq seriously?

..."Prevention of military action is only possible if the democratic countries of this world work together, and are not split. The best success of Saddam Hussein will be to split the democratic world, and then to laugh about all of us."...

Thanks to the "UN and process" - this split is guaranteed for the indefinite future... and so is that "larger than national institution" which "engages more seriously".
