OT/In the mail today came a letter to my father who never actually lived at this address... or even in this state. Anyway, it's from American Express. He's pre-approved for a gold card. He can enjoy travel rewards. And they say that "You, however, have demonstrated exceptional financial responsibility." I think that's pretty easy for him, since he's been dead for nearly six years now. Still, maybe he can use those travel rewards and come visit? the freep, realllll impressed with American Express
