And - why should the US shoulder all of the work - and
pay for all of it?

Its never going to be a big deal until the others get attacked as we did....

During the last "inspection process" I read we had over 6,000 inspectors on the ground. Saddam didn't disarm when he agreed to in 1994. How do we know he is "contained" ....by believing him, or by believing our Government?

Yes, it would be nice if the US didn't ALWAYS have to shoulder most of the work, and pay for it as well. BUT then our memories may be longer about the present, when something happens to particularly France and Germany in the future.....especially France.

Regarding:
If he becomes a bigger problem, maybe other nations
will be willing to join us - and not just the ones
we bribe with money to agree to let us go in.

How much bigger a problem do we want him to be? How many hundreds of thousands of people does he have to kill? How many more terrorists does he have to fund, who transfer and launder money to other terrorists, before we wise up?
