There was an official announcement later on that there was "complete agreement on all points" between the Turkish government and the US, including USD 30 bn in aid, Turkish army going into Northern Iraq alongside with the Americans, and Turkish army controlling the armament of Kurds (whatever that means).

Meanwhile my Turkish t-bills are rallying towards DA MOON :-)
