you said all mcdondald's foods were fried and you listed the trans fat in that context.

here's the text...

in context, dr sears would never suggest that one eat this meal every day. in context, it was what could do if they chose to eat fast food.

sears would tell you, me and everyon eelse that the best meal is low saturated fat meat, low glycemic index veggies with lots of nutrients and supplemented with natural monunsaturated fat.

i agree that mcdonald's meal isn't ideal. so would sears.

but if you are gonna eat mcdonalds from time to time, it is an option that isn't too bad and apparently tastes great.

so, you only take the guys who have a stroke or heart attack seriously, eh? oh, that's right, the diet had nothing to do with it... -lol-
