I don't know, but if there was any genuine truth to this plan whatsoever, it would dominate global mainstream media relentlessly. BTW, I've seen similar articles about this global domination plan floating around the net long before 9/15/02....... albeit with subtle & not so subtle differences. Even the politicians on the far left aren't even giving it any lip service at all...... and they have been rather loose with the facts in their attacks on the Bush Administration since the elections in 2000 & even more so since the last elections. If this is true in any way, shape or form, this would be topic #1 when attacking the Administration. And I would be all for it. I mean really, if this is actually only partially true, they would be all over it like....... well....... flies on chit. Hell, even moderates, ET AL, would be screaming for Impeachment & criminal prosecution. This would make the Watergate scandal look like child's play in comparison. There would be absolutely no legitimate reason to not take action immediately & publicly seeking Impeachment & criminal prosecution for all involved. And I would be all for it. And it would be the first US Presidential conspiracy theory of this particular genre to become fact that I am aware of. JMHO
