Ten years ago the terrorists tried and failed. Did they fail because the buildings didn't fall? No, they failed because President Clinton, who had been in office only a month, didn't panic and run away and scare the rest of the nation. The nation persued, caught, and punished the perpetrators. That is the kind of leadership that lead to peace and prosperity instead of the malaise, recession, and war that resulted from the W.
