We have virtually no risk of deflation IMO. You are correct on the commercial loan assumption. I know this is dear to your heart, I would suggest locking in at the longest term fixed rate you can ASAP!

I am not messing around with it.
Hoping for 7 points or so to make ou for DOW futures ramp.
