I noticed that FSTW hasn't updated their "Media and Analyst Info" page to add their inclusion to the "2002 ISM Top 30". Awards: "Best Internet-Based CRM Solution" - The Denali Group, 2000 and 2001 "Top 30 CRM Applications" - ISM, 2000 and 2001 "Award for CRM Excellence" - Technology Mkt. Corp., May 2000 "Software 500 List" - Software Magazine, July 2001 firstwave.net While I was there, I also noticed that they haven't updated their "Software 500" listing for a while.
