If he had not been "roarin' to go" for months, there would be no inspector in Iraq, we we be very far from disarming Iraq either peacefully or with force. The "diplomats" in France and Russia seemed very happy to just ignore the whole thing... maybe because they have big oil and business interested in Iraq!!!
