I've printed out the FA article on nonproliferation and read it once. But I need to go back over it before commenting. However, I may not be able to get that second read done until tomorrow sometime. Depends on some travel plans today.

As for Tuesdays on FA articles, it works for me. Unless some rather major international event intervenes. None of us could pass up the addiction of throwing brickbats at one another each time one of those happen. ;-)

I'd like to suggest to the thread that we reserve every Tuesday exclusively for discussions of specific items from Foreign Affairs. The Perkovich article would be the first such dissection.

Opinions?

I think "exclusively" wouldn't work, FL. Picking one day to bat it an article around is fine, but we would run out of gas in a hurry if that is all we did.

Ken,

The current issue of FA has several very good articles, so I would definitely be game for a Tuesday session.
