Thanks Bob, all excellent points.......I'm hoping most of the bad news is already figured in......but who know's. Fortune 100 company, good earnings, nice dividend.

Time will tell......agree with buffet. Averaging down on $hit is throwing good money after bad money, but if it's a solid company that will be here performing well in 20 years, buying low is better then buying high.

Also, I havent seen her making new 52 week lows at all. She was steady as a rock in an uptrend during the bear market, and just over the last 6 months or so has fallen to it's current level in the mid $13's which is it's 52 week low. Maybe I am looking at chart upside down <ggg>
