W needs to remember a couple of old cliches....

Don't count your chickens until they've hatched...& Don't paint yourself into a corner.

"Counting your chickens .....

..... before they're hatched"

Talk of post-Iraq occupation and a quick "war" is some of the most arrogant and foolish chatter in the annals (or, should I say, anals) of the U.S goverment and the U.S. media.

The Bush regime is heading the U.S. toward world isolation. It is clearly destabilizing the dollar and encouraging a reevaluation of the world economic order.

If Bush follows through on attacking Iraq, which, frankly, I doubt he will do, the insanity that would be unleashed would be astonishing. Oil would be used as a weapon and all those suburban Moms driving around "troop-carrier"-like SUVs would be in for a rude awakening. Horrible divisions between the U.S. and "old Europe" would certainly occur. Seriously, if he attacks Iraq, I think it would be his last notable act as President.

Naive and arrogant--the legacy of ShrubCo.
