Oh, I disagree. First, I'm not sure what the limits of their production are. But whatever debts they have can take years to be repaid. And they DO have an economy other than oil production.

Don't misunderstand what I'm saying -- I think they have a long, hard road ahead. But I seriously doubt the United States will be spending large amounts of money on a "Marshall Plan" type investment in Iraq. I think a conceptual Marshall Plan is likely; but the source of the financing will come from within. In my view, at least...
