I don't care about doctors priorities or what they would have to do or anything of the sort, that is a peripheral matter. Stop bringing all this extraneous junk up, it is irrelevant.

"Inducing live birth" does not cause a fetus to die. The death occurs when the fetus's lungs cannot accept air or some other medical issue, having to do with its physical state. Just like refusing to donate bone marrow does not cause a child to die... implicitly it does of course. Birth is like that- birth in and of itself is not a life threatening event. That is my understanding- but anyway I told you the argument, now do some research on your own, use legal sites and see what you come up with. No more on this from me.
