Imposing a super majority via a Senate rule. It was wrong when the Repubs. tried it and it is wrong now. The Demolibs are also patently partisan.....Estrada answered all the questions he was asked, except the same one Ruth Bader Ginsburg refused to answer....Pinheads claim Estrada has no judicial experience but 26 Clinton nominees with no judicial experience were confirmed. Warren Burger also had no judicial experience. Finally, the memos Estrada wrote at the SG's office which the committee requested are beyond the pale. All 8 living prior SG's including Clinton's SGs agree on that one.
