re:I think that one is lost on people not from the NW

I thought this was an "investor forum". <g>

And in winter, I thought only rained in the NW. ;`))

Starbucks was planning a store in Seoul just before I left in 97. There were four kinds of small businesses in Korea - grocery stores, video stores, hair salons and coffee shops. And they seemed to always be next door to each other. <g>

Sad thing is Koreans use instant coffee packaged with cream and sugar - pretty nasty crap (and they pay $5.00/cup).

This whole talk of coffee is lost on me.......I've had half a cup in my life. They almost forced me to move from Seattle when they found out. <g>

BTW last Sunday, I think I saw the car of the owner of Starbucks......it was a vanity plate with Starbucks on it. He was eating at a restaurant near where I live.......it was an SUV but a small one! LOL
