The guy I talked to was talking about the southern oil wells, close to Kuwait. He's usually pretty accurate on what he says. Months ago I read where our guys were building air bases in Northern Iraq. I guess if you own the skies you can do what and where you want. <<If Saddam isn't screaming about it, then he is afraid of what would happen if it became common knowledge, maybe?>> That's probably it.
