I have been gone most of the day celebrating the anniversary ;o).. I have given some charts a quick peruse. Looks like volume was a lot better today on most of the stuff I'm trading. SPX also has moving average resistance at 844.

Any idea what is sparking this buying? I have heard it said that people are buying on the presumption that we go into Iraq and the market rallies. I don't understand why that would happen. Seems to me the market would tank - at least for a short time. That is why I have been trying to maintain some shorts. I thought AFTER the Iraq thing was mostly settled would be a good time to go long - or if there was a crash..going long then.

Given the last two weeks in the market I no longer have a good grip on what I think the market will do. If we rally tomorrow I can't decide whether to add shorts or just get out for awhile..lol..
